not allow you to book online. In this case, please call or email our team and they will be happy to look into what options we may
have for you. To avoid disappointment and ensure you have the perfect itinerary for you and your guests, we recommend you make any

guardian who must take full responsibility for the child for the duration of the yacht charter. Any guest under the
age of 18 who is not travelling with their own parent or guardian (but is for example, accompanied by grandparents,
other relatives or friends), must have a signed parental or guardian consent form (signed by both parents) authorising
their participation in the chosen yacht charter itinerary. The original signed form (a copy is not acceptable) must be
presented to your host upon boarding.

Failure to do so may result in the guest being refused boarding. In this case, no refund will be provided
and no expenses, costs or other sums of any description will be paid. This is required for insurance purposes.

Please ensure you have all necessary travel documents that you will need in the event that the boat gets stopped by
French customs. This is nothing to worry about, it is just a simple maritime procedure. This may include Visas however,
please check with your countries Embassy if you are unsure. For those that do need Visas, please be aware that they can
take some time to process and we advise checking their processing time prior to making any booking. If for any reason your
Visa is not processed in time for you to attend your yacht charter, we cannot be held responsible and our Terms and Conditions

Yes. There are two ways you can ensure an overnight stay on-board the Life of Riley.

In Season
We offer a free overnight stay to our passengers when they book 2 or more of our itineraries on consecutive days. Your
overnight stay will be sandwiched between your charter days so that you can fully enjoy the facilities we have on-board
the Life of Riley and in Port.

Out of Season
We offer accommodation only bookings on-board the Life of Riley during the out of season months, which run between 1st November
and 1st March. You can book your accommodation through our website, third party websites such as Booking.com and AirBnb
or simply by contacting us directly through enquiries@thelifeofrileygroup.com or calling us on UK 44(0)161 635 0036, FR 33 974 594 436.

You can choose any duration you want. There is no limit. You simply pick your itineraries for each day you are on-board our
yacht and any consecutive days booked will receive a complimentary overnight stay on-board the Life of Riley.

we advise you to bring a category F, 2 pin plug adapter. As power on-board runs off batteries limited to 220V, any electrical
equipment that exceeds this will not be permitted, as this could cause permanent damage to the on-board power.

Yes. As part of any yacht charter we are required to take precautions to cover the cost of any damage caused by our guests.
This includes an accidental damage deposit of £1000, which is blocked on your credit card on the day of your charter. If no
intentional damage has been caused to the yacht by you and your party, this will be refunded at the end of your charter. However,
if you do cause damage to the yacht, the cost of repair will be taken from your deposit, with the remaining refunded to you once
the repair has been completed. Please note, the yacht is inspected before and after every charter. We do this to ensure our guests
are not held responsible for damage not caused by them. *Please note, our damage deposit only covers accidental damage. Any
passengers caught vandalising/causing damage on-board will be responsible for the full cost of any damage caused.

Although it is not compulsory to tip, if you have enjoyed your time on-board the Life of Riley and you think your
crew deserve some gratuity, then please feel free to do so. Any tips our guests wish to make will be split between your
crew. We do not take any percentage or handle any tips that have been passed to our skippers or hosts.

alcohol at any time whether pre-ordered or purchased on-board. Your Captain also has the right to end your charter at

is not permitted before the sport is undertaken. Once you have finished your watersports, all guests are more than
